Agnes Kijazi as a member of the Executive Council of the World Meteorological
Organization is attending the 66ths session of the Executive council
started on 18th June, 2014 in Geneva. This years’ session focuses on
guiding work on weather and climate services with emphasis on the WMO priority areas
that includes: Disaster Risk Reduction,
Service Delivery, the Global Framework for Climate Services (GFCS), Capacity
Development, WMO Integrated Observations and Information Systems (WIGOS/WIS) and
